As a public company, the company is committed to full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable reporting that every Director, Manager, Officer, and Associate has to file or submit to the regulatory authorities, Board of Directors of the Company

In support of this commitment, the Directors, Managers, Officers and Associates shall be responsible for establishment and compliance with the reporting requirements and internal controls in every functional area. They should follow strict discipline in their way of working which may be reflected in their manner of reporting, planning and co-ordination with different departments both internal and external.
